The main body of this hand crafted ball point pen with click mechanism features a rich blue background in dyed boxelder, with the orca or killer whale and background mountains made from American Holly and Bethlehem Olivewood. It is made from ten laser-cut pieces and takes around two days to complete, including hand-sanding with 12,000 gauge sandpaper and finishing with Renaissance cream. A perfect pen for the wild-life enthusiast, or as a memento of a whale-watching holiday. The metal inserts are gold-plated with a hatched design on the lower banding; the pocket clip is gadrooned at the top.
