The fine grain on the Oregon Myrtle wood resembles fine fur in a champagne colour. The pencil is handcrafted on chrome, with faceted banding, and comes with 3 x 5.6mm 4B leads. The cap also unscrews to reveal a pencil sharpener. At just under 5 inches long, this pencil will be perfect for carpenters, artists, draughtsmen - a whole host of uses for the specialist as well as for general use. To operate the pencil, hold it upright in one hand, with the other hand about an inch beneath the end. Push down the top and the tip will open to reveal a jaw mechanism into which the lead drops. Release the top when the lead is positioned to your liking. To retract the lead, simply reverse the procedure. |
