Ordering From Pens and Perfumes Galore:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.


Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK.

Payment:

We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Cheques and debit/credit cards.

For added security, an increasing number of card-providers require 3D Secure (look here for information about 3D-Secure), which is the on-line version of Chip'n'Pin. If this is the case for your card-provider, you will get a window part-way through the checkout process asking you to create a userid and password on the first occasion when you try to use a 3D-Secure enabled site; this is managed by your bank or other card-provider, and if you back out at this point, thinking it's a scam, you may later get a call from your bank to reassure you. Once you've created a userid and password, on subsequent occasions that you buy from a 3D-Secure enabled site, you will just be asked to key in the details as part of the checkout process. At no stage do I know your security details. MasterCard calls this SecureCode and Visa calls it Verify by Visa.

Packaging:

At Pens and Perfumes Galore, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. Our pens are packed in a rigid plastic tube, bubble and a jiffy bag to ensure safe delivery.

Deliveries within the UK:

Postage and packaging within the UK is free. All our pens and perfume applicators are sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery, except the Luxury Pens, which are sent Special Delivery. Pens and Perfumes Galore reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Deliveries Overseas:

All overseas items are sent airmail and International Signed-for; this provides on-line tracking and security for both buyer and seller. Overseas postage is at a flat rate depending on whether you're in Europe or the Rest of the World, prices below. Delivery times vary, but typically are one week, plus one week for Customs' clearance.

Postage within Europe - postage within Europe is a flat-rate £5.00 regardless of the quantity purchased.

Postage throughout the Rest of the World - postage throughout the rest of the world is a flat-rate £7.50 regardless of the quantity purchased.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any Customs fees, local taxes etc; I will not falsify information on the Customs' form as this would leave me open to prosecution. If you are in any doubt about Customs and Excise fees or local taxes, please contact your relevant Government department for advice.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.

In the unlikely event that items are faulty or lost in the post, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate. We may ask for photographic evidence as part the the process.
